All products sold by Carraro are covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty, as well as by a 24-month warranty for problems with compliance.

In order to make use of the warranty service, the customer must show the invoice received when the product was delivered. By accepting the purchase agreement, the Customer agrees to comply with the support arrangements in force when requesting assistance under warranty.

The manufacturer's standard warranty is provided in accordance with the indications inside the packaging of the purchased products. The 24-month warranty for non-compliance pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02 applies to products that present with defects which render them non-compliant, provided that the product itself has been properly used, respecting its intended purpose in accordance with the instructions provided in the attached technical documentation.

This warranty is reserved for private consumers (a natural person purchasing the goods for purposes that are not related to his/her professional activity, or who makes a purchase without specifying a VAT code reference in the order form). In the event of a defect rendering the product non-compliant, Carraro will provide a repair, replacement or price reduction until the contract is concluded.

In the event that Carraro is unable to repair the product or provide a replacement, it may decide, at its own discretion, to refund the price paid by the Customer or to replace the defective item with a product with equal or superior characteristics. If, following an intervention by an authorised service centre, the defect is not considered to be a fault resulting in non compliance, the customer will be charged any costs for checking and repairing the part as requested from the authorised service centre, as well as any transport costs incurred by Carraro.
